Salary RangeFrom $56604 to $71980 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education or related field and two (2) years of proven experience in developing, implementing and evaluating learning solutions for adults or six (6) years of experience in developing, implementing and evaluating learning solutions for adults. A Master’s Degree may be substituted for one year of experience.
Duties Description Support the design of instructionally sound learning solutions using industry standard methods, including competency-based solutions.
Work with other IDD staff on the identification of innovative and effective learning solutions for functional audiences.
Support the designing of learning via a variety of delivery modalities (e.g. simulations, classroom, eLearning, virtual classroom, podcast & other formal and informal vehicles) for various types of content to include product knowledge, technical, applications, process and behavioral skill development.
Gather data in support of potential train-the trainer sessions. Handle logistics and possibly co-train train-the trainer sessions.
Able to be a support system for new trainers by having extensive knowledge of designed curricula.
Research current trends in curriculum development, and implement innovative and effective solutions.
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external partners.
