Currently be a permanent Treatment Team Leader
OR
Reachable on the Civil Service list for Treatment Team Leader
OR
One year in a permanent title eligible for 70.1 or 52.6 transfer per Civil Service Rules and Regulations.

Must be current in certification of AMAP, Promote, First Aid, CPR and all SLMS online Trainings if a NYS Civil Service Employee.
Duties Description **Some weekend and evening work will be required to meet programmatic needs.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the DDPSIV the TTL has the administrative responsibility for Bernard Fineson DDSOO assigned State Individualized Residential Alternative (SOIRA) assigned homes.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for fiscal and programmatic oversight for approximately 50 individuals who reside in the SOIRA.
• Responsible for the direct supervision of manager Developmental Assistant 3(s) and various clinicians.
• Responsible for ensuring the appropriate and timely reporting of incidents, including the completion of required forms, investigations and required follow-up.
• Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the treatment plans which includes concerns/issues with individuals and/or their correspondents/ family’s.
• Communicate with various stakeholders, such as Community Partners, NYS/NYC Agencies, and families.
• Ensures/Develops/Facilitates all annual and special training for assigned staff to the Treatment Team Leader cluster.
• Organize and ensure SOIRA environment is well maintained, safe, clean and incompliance with all regulations (624,633;635, HCBS waver etc).
• Serves on various BFDDSOO and statewide committees as requested.
• Serves as BFDDSOO Administrator on Call/Responsible for SOIRA issues during off hours.
• Works cooperatively with other management/department heads in the interest of ensuring appropriate care/services for the individuals within the SOIRA.
• Participates in Life Plan Meetings and ensures Clinical Team provide adequate services for each individual.
• Off hour site visits.
• AOD tour
• Monitors and ensures supervisory and DSP Staff are billing and documenting services accurately and entered into The Electronic Health Record.
• Special projects as requested by Director/Deputy Director/DDPSIV.
• Must be current in all mandated trainings.
Additional Comments ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
