Job Specifics

Duties Description Perform dental supportive services under a licensed dentist's direct supervision. Note treatments to be performed during appointments. Prepares paperwork and work areas. Prepares the patient for treatment. Takes dental x-rays. Schedule, track and post appointments, clinic dates and time decontaminates. Scrubs, packages and sterilizes instruments. Clean, dust and polish fixtures, furniture and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications Non-Competitive: high school diploma; and either one year of experience in dental assisting or possession of a certificate in dental assisting.
