Job Specifics

Duties Description • Assist business systems analysts with daily administrative and project support tasks
• Help collect, organize, and review data for reports, system updates, and process improvement projects
• Use Excel to enter, clean, track, and analyze data, including creating spreadsheets, formulas, filters, and basic reports
• Support documentation of business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Assist with testing systems, troubleshooting minor issues, and reporting problems to staff
• Help maintain accurate records, files, and project materials
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and help follow up on assigned action items.
• Communicate with team members and external stakeholders in a professional manner
• Provide support for special projects related to data management, reporting, and business operations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be a matriculated undergraduate or graduate college student. Documentation of matriculation and enrollment in the Fall 2026 semester must be submitted with your resume.

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent computer skills including high competency in Microsoft Office 365 programs, (especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point) ability to work with and understand various databases, good communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

Additional Comments Temporary, part-time, non-competitive. Salary determined by academic level. 20 hours per week during the academic year is required, schedule is flexible. Must maintain matriculated student status to retain employment.

Telecommuting is permissible up to 50% of working hours based on operational needs and at the discretion of the assigned Program area.
