Job Specifics
Duties Description Description:
*Collaborate with other providers and attend/participate in both virtual and in person informational conferences to spread awareness of Justice Center and the services provided by Individual and Family Support.
* Assist staff with creation of case information files and other administrative tasks.
* Assist with inputting of case information and other data entry functions as appropriate and track referrals, services, follow-ups, etc. through utilization of Client Management System/Database.
* Address and respond to stakeholder inquiries via phone and e-mail as appropriate.
* Draft correspondence and assist with mailing of such correspondence.
* Assist with any other identified projects and programs as necessary and relevant to student intern program's requirements.
* Attend relevant team and agency meetings and trainings.
* Maintain accurate records and carry out duties in a timely manner.
* Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
* Have regular supervision meeting with supervisor(s) to review progress and address any concerns and updates.
*Additional responsibilities including, bundling inventory, and assembling materials for presentations and trainings, participation in outreach events, as assigned, and respond to referrals, to provide information, referral and linkage to services and programs based on need.
