Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Any current DDPS I or
Anyone currently on the Civil Service List for DDPS I.

Duties Description Completes Family Care Certifications and Recertifications.
Reviews (or completes) OMR 148 forms for completeness and send to families/advocates as regulations dictate.
Assists in preparing redacted reports pursuant to NYS Access to Records law (a/k/a Jonathan’s Law).
Acts as a resource to all Sunmount DDSO programs regarding NYS Access to Records Law (a/k/a Jonathan’s Law).
ICC Chairperson.
Coordinates and participates in Utilization semi-annual reviews.
Completes LCED for Campus admissions.
Assists with unit observation, chart audits and preparation for agency surveys.
Works closely with the Incident Management Treatment Team Leader and the Quality Management DDPS I counterpart.
Other duties as assigned for Quality Management compliance.
