Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask. Experience in customer service and high call volume. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, with experience doing mail merges. Experience managing scheduling for a busy office as well as financial record keeping.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Banner and Excel. Experience working at Farmingdale State College. Experience maintaining confidential data.

MUST BE REACHABLE ON THE OFFICE ASSISTANT 1 LIST TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION.

Duties Description Responsible for the management and execution of all operations relating to the student assistant and work study payrolls. Prepares and processes payroll transactions and related documents, answers standard payroll questions; additional activities as needed. Microsoft Excel preferred.
