Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Must have a license to practice medicine in NYS or have a current limited permit. Must be eligible for full unconditional participation in Medicare/Medicaid. Must have a M.D., M.B.B.S., or D.O. and 1 year post graduate training acceptable to liaison committee or graduate ME education 2 years experience.

Duties Description Deliver the required health care services consistent with the philosophy and objective of DOCCS Division of Health Services. Uniform and performance standards document medical practice consistent with DOCCS primary care clinical practice guidelines and health services policies.
