Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Permanent status as an Addictions Program Specialist 1, G-18 and interested in reassignment; OR reachable for permanent appointment on the current Civil Service eligible list for Addictions Program Specialist 1, G-18 or the Addictions Program Specialist Trainee eligible list; OR eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description As an Addictions Program Specialist 1 in the Northeastern Field Office, the incumbent will perform a wide range of professional, administrative and technical duties to facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of AOD services in a specified catchment area.

Additional Comments Salary Range: Addictions Program Specialist Trainee 1, NS, is $39,713 - $50,814; Salary Range: Addictions Program Specialist Trainee 2, NS, is $41,993 - $53,606.
