Minimum Qualifications YOU MUST BE A CURRENT STATE EMPLOYEE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT TO THIS POSITION.

Reachable on current Civil Service eligible list used for filling this title, or one year of permanent, competitive class service as an Information Technology Specialist 3; or one year of permanent competitive class service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 52.6 or Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Examples of eligible titles: Information Technology Specialist 3(Data Communications), Information Technology Specialist 3 (Data Base), Chief Computer Operator.
