Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Reachable on current Civil Service eligible list used for filling this title, or one year of permanent, competitive class service as an Information Technology Specialist 3 DC; or one year of permanent competitive class service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 52.6 or Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Examples of eligible titles: Information Technology Specialist 3, Information Technology Specialist 3 (Data Base), Chief Computer Operator.

Duties Description This position is in the Medical Payments area within Application Development. Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure appropriate production support of over 100 daily processes
Supervise two SG-18's programmers
Development, testing and implementation for MedPay ACH
Development, testing and implementation for PBM eligibility/billing modernization.
