Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must currently be employed by the State of New York and be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1 or 52.6 of the Civil Service Law by having at least one year of permanent competitive service in a qualifying title within two salary grades of the Grade 23 level.

Duties Description Negotiates, develops, prepares, reviews, implements, processes, tracks and provides fiscal and administrative oversight of contracts; audits and processes contract claims and vouchers; approves and reviews contract payments to ensure that the payments are in accordance with contract terms; may also provide technical assistance related to New York State laws, rules, regulations and policies on contract administration to NY State agency staff, individuals, or organizations.
