Job Specifics

Duties Description Answering phones, scanning/document organization, shredding, copying and other administrative tasks as needed. This position may require travel to our sub-offices with the use of a state vehicle to cover for absences.

Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this title.

Preferred qualifications: Must have valid driver's license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position. Travel may be required. State vehicle will be available for travel. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively using phone, electronic media, and face to face.

Additional Comments This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2026, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date.

Must be able to lift and move objects up to 15 pounds.
