Job Specifics
Duties Description Under the direction of the Statewide LAN Manager, the candidates will support a wide array of statewide technical and security initiatives in accordance with the Division of Technology and Court Research’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities include desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, user account management, application packaging, operating system deployment, and managing security vulnerability patching. Candidates should possess specific knowledge and experience with Group Policy, Active Directory, Entra ID, Hyper-V, NetApp enterprise storage, Windows Server operating systems, Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM), PowerShell scripting and automation.
Minimum Qualifications JG-28 - Network System Engineer III - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $110,853 + $4,920 location pay

JG-26 - Network System Engineer II - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $94,386 + $4,920 location pay
OR
JG-23 - Network System Engineer I - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $84,659 + $4,920 location pay
OR
JG-21 - Network System Technician III Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $76,112 + $4,920 location pay
OR
JG-18 - Network System Technician II - Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $64,971 + $4,920 location pay
