Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Must be licensed as a Licensed Master Social Worker and have one year post-licensure professional social work experience.

Duties Description Assess individual needs, strengths, limitations, and program needs. Provide individual group therapy for 16-17 year old inmates. Record and document program participation in progress notes. Determine the individual need for linkage and referral services. Serve as a resource to the family members of the inmates. Assist in setting up visits with DOCCS approved family members. Directly oversee the therapeutic interventions of individuals.
