Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Must have a license to practice Medicine in New York State or have a current limited permit. Must be eligible for full, unconditional participation in Medicare/Medicaid. Must have a M.D., M.B.B.S. or D.O. and 1 year of post graduate medical education and 2 years of subsequent medical experience.

Duties Description Deliver the required health care services consistent with the philosophy and objective of the DOCCS Division of Health Services. Uniform or Performance Standards, document medical practice consistent with the DOCCS Primary and Clinical Practice Guidelines and Health Services Policies.
