Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Must have a current license and registration to practice Pharmacy in New York State. If your are appointed and lose your license or current registration, action will be taken to remove you from the position.

Duties Description Responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care, including the review, dispensing, and monitoring of patient medications. You would also be responsible for preparing IV admixtures, providing drug information, conducting patient medication counseling sessions, supervising Pharmacy Aides, and participating in Pharmacy and Facility wide performance improvement activities.

Additional Comments This is a Per Diem position.
