Minimum Qualifications A minimum of an associate degree and 2 years of relevant work experience; Experience in constituent services, community outreach, or similar role; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently or as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be willing evenings and weekends; Have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Have excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse populations.
Be able to proactively identify and address constituent needs and resolve issues; Ask clarifying questions and seek guidance when needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite needed with the ability to generate reports.
Duties Description Community engagement is an extensive part of the position including community outreach or working with community organizations, government agencies and local officials;Manage and track constituent casework and constituent interactions, responding to concerns and facilitating resolutions.
Build and maintain relationships with constituents, community members and stakeholders; handle event planning, organize and execute community events, town hall meetings and public engagements.
Work a dynamic schedule, attend meetings and events throughout the week, evenings and weekends. Identify and address constituent needs and resolve issues.
