Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive service as a Senior Personnel Administrator or in a title designated as appropriate for transfer in accordance with Section 52.6 or Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
Duties Description Incumbent will function as a personnel liaison to assigned program areas within the Board performing duties related to recruitment, classification, staffing, exam planning and administration and employee relations. Duties may also include researching and preparing reports and assuming responsibility for special projects on personnel issues.
