Transfer Opportunity - Permanent New York State employees currently serving in this title and eligible for lateral transfer; OR eligible for transfer via Section 70.1 or 52.6 of the Civil Service Law. To be eligible for Sections 70.1 or 52.6 transfer, candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service in a title approved for transfer by the Department of Civil Service within two salary grades or one M grade of the M-1 level.

Duties Description As a Treatment Team Leader (Children and Youth), you will have program and administrative responsibility for the treatment activities of an interdisciplinary treatment team and will direct and coordinate a total program tailored to the individual needs of clients. You will be responsible for: assigning team resources to accomplish goals; evaluating team programs; supervising the maintenance of medical and other records and files pertinent to the treatment and care of patients; participating in planning and program development to influence treatment and therapeutic programs; serving on committees such as placement, utilization review, and medical records review; and preparing periodic performance evaluations of subordinates.
