Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Permanent Qualifications: Candidates must currently be a permanent Treatment Team Leader-DD OR be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list.
OR
Transfer Qualifications: Candidate must be eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 or 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description The Treatment Team Leader (TTL) for Team 2 in Area 2 will provide administrative oversight to 5 IRA’s in Dutchess County. The IRAs include Hillis Terrace, Mesier, Old Farms, South Ave, Wayne Dr IRA, and Noxon Programs. The TTL is essential to monitoring and providing oversight of regulatory requirements to ensure proper services are delivered and that the certification of homes are maintained. The TTL provides leadership and supervision to the interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of direct care staff and clinicians including the psychologist, dietitian, nurse, and other titles. The incumbent monitors all budgetary concerns in the IRAs and Noxon Programs, as well as the essential maintenance of records. In addition, the TTL is responsible for management of incidents and abuse reporting, as well as implementation of protective measures for all individuals and staff. This person is also charged with communicating evolving COVID-19 guidance and ensuring its implementation, while monitoring and providing supports to the staff as they continue to work within an ongoing public health and staffing crisis. The TTL is responsible for ensuring that staff perform all necessary duties as described in the job tasks and standards and ensures that the individuals' treatment plans are followed.
The Treatment Team Leader ensures that:
• Homes are well maintained, clean and free of hazards.
• Staff are trained and knowledgeable regarding policies and procedures.
• Residential Habilitation plans are implemented, and progress is monitored.
• Direct Support Professionals provide the proper supports to the individuals at their sites.
• Behavior Support Plans are implemented as written.
• Community activities occur in accordance with mandates in terms of frequency and type and take into
consideration the personal preferences of the individuals served in 5 IRA's and 1 Program Center.
• HCBS Waiver initiative moves forward throughout the team.

Travel within the five-county catchment area will be required in the performance of the duties of the position. This
may include a state-owned vehicle, as available, or the employee’s own car. An employee who uses his/her own car will be reimbursed at current negotiated rates.
