Duties Description Analyze and assist in the preparation of recommendations concerning the Governor's proposed budget; participate in budget negotiations and the preparation of budget bill copy and memoranda; draft, develop and analyze legislation; develop Sate policy proposals and oversee policy implementation; and orally present bills at Committee meetings and answer questions posed by Members regarding proposed legislation.
