Duties Description The selected candidate will work under the direction of the Administrative Specialist 1, SG-18, in the Regional Business Office. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Performs accounts receivable invoicing and revenue reconciliation functions in the Regional Business Office.
• Enters data into revenue tracking applications (Aspira, PORTS, Concessions app, etc.) and spreadsheets.
• Reviews weekly revenue packets from each facility, compare reports, and mails deposit slips to the Albany Office.
• Prepares utility bills for rental properties and concessions for review, then prepares same for mailing.
• Logs photocopies of rental property payments and utility payments.
• Logs payments received, prepares deposit slips, receive deposit receipts back, and updates deposit spreadsheet for review.
• Utilize Payroll Reporting System bi-weekly to generate reports for Temp/Seasonal budget tracking.
• Adhere to the agency’s Code of Conduct Policy and ensure compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures in the performance of daily tasks.

Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum qualifications for this title per Civil Service.

Additional Comments OPERATIONAL NEEDS:
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license that allows the candidate to legally operate a motor vehicle in New York State as a term and condition of employment.
• High School or Equivalency Diploma, College Degree with coursework in accounting is preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or Clerical work is preferred.
