Duties Description Perform general office duties such as answering phones, processing outgoing and incoming mail Assist staff with copying, filing, and typing.

Provide assistance to walk-ins from the general public Document management, scanning and organizing files Order supplies, handle purchases, payments, and staff expense reports using SFS.

Liaison with clerical staff in other Region 8 offices All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this title.

Preferred qualifications: Strong communication skills and good computer skills

Additional Comments This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2025, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date.

Must be able to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds.
