Duties Description Assignment:
• This position will be assigned to the Case Management, Appellate Services or Low-Code team. The successful candidate will maintain existing infrastructure and applications, as well as design and implement software solutions that align with the objectives of the assigned projects. Commensurate with grade level, strong leadership and mentorship skills will be necessary for success in this role. Experience with Java and/or C#, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, SQL, TomEE, and ASP.NET is preferred. For the Low-Code team, OutSystems experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain applications, adhering to software design best practices.
• Mentor, train and review the work of junior developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and other development teams to produce high quality applications.
Minimum Qualifications JG-28 PRINCIPAL COMPUTER APPLICATIONS PROGRAMMER
BASE SALARY: $110,853
QUALIFICATIONS: One year of service in the Senior Associate Computer Applications Programmer title; or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of prior experience in computer programming or computer systems analysis; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of experience in computer programming or computer systems analysis; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.

JG-26 SENIOR ASSOCIATE COMPUTER APPLICATIONS PROGRAMMER
BASE SALARY: $99,490
QUALIFICATIONS: One year of service in the Associate Computer Applications Programmer or Computer Systems Programmer title; or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of prior experience in computer systems analysis; or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of experience in computer programming or computer systems analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
