Duties Description Management Analysts are responsible to court administrators and administrative judges, for supervising a number of on-going projects involving confidential research, analysis, planning, and policy formulation related to court administration and management. Management Analysts also participate in complex projects under the direction of Senior and Principal Management Analysts, work with substantial independence from supervision on individual research projects and perform
other related duties.
This position is assigned to the Office for Justice Initiatives and will serve as the Office and Fiscal Manager. This position will oversee and manage office logistics, grant tracking, and fiscal management, manage event logistics and funding, supervise staff, and coordinate with contractors and committees. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Lead and manage the day-to-day administrative and fiscal functions of OJI, including research, tracking, and reporting on all OJI grants.
• Oversee logistical support for educational trainings and conferences, including venue vetting, quote and contract negotiation, drafting of memoranda, and managing all correspondence.
• Supervise and approve travel requests and reimbursements for OJI’s 75 staff members, ensuring compliance with fiscal policies.
• Coordinate travel and approval memoranda for OJI training presenters and contractors.
• Manage invoice processing, supply procurement, promotional item requests, and oversee their timely distribution statewide.
• Direct the daily operation and continuous improvement of the funding request system supporting 26 statewide Equal Justice Committees.
• Oversee the distribution of Access to Justice materials, bench cards, and promotional items.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior administrative and fiscal staff.
• Serve as the primary liaison for fiscal and administrative matters with other departments and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications One year in the Principal Court Analyst title; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
