Duties Description • Review and format lease contracts and supporting documents for review by OGS Legal Services.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other correspondence relating to lease processing.
• Coordinate with the Contract Management Specialist 2 to track completed and in-process contracts/documents.
• Format lease documents to be sent for vendor signatures.
• Request necessary financial approvals for the processing of lease contracts and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Filing documents in appropriate folders.
• Monitoring shared inboxes and forwarding correspondence to the appropriate parties.
• Perform the full range and scope of supervisory responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Current New York State employee with one year or more of qualifying permanent service in a position allocated to a Grade 12 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
NOTE: IN ORDER TO AWARD THE PROPER CREDIT FOR WORK EXPERIENCE, RESUMES MUST INCLUDE MONTH AND YEAR FOR START AND END DATES. IF ANY OF THIS EXPERIENCE IS LESS THAN FULL TIME YOU MUST INDICATE THE AVERAGE NUMBER OF HOURS WORKED PER WEEK.
