Duties Description ASSIGNMENT: The Assistant Court Analyst will be assigned to the Clean Slate Data Quality Team within the Division of Technology and Court Research’s Criminal Disposition Reporting (CDR) Unit.
Duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls, assisting court personnel with the timely and accurate reporting and processing of criminal disposition information, troubleshooting data collection and reporting issues, researching legislative changes to determine impacts, testing system enhancements, and providing application support and training as needed.
Candidates must have a willingness to learn new systems and technology along with strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of the business practices of New York State criminal courts and their case management systems is preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications JG-16 Assistant Court Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Junior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or High School diploma or the equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Comments This position has potential to be eligible for one day of telecommuting per week.
