Duties Description Main Job duties include answering the phone and making sure the front desk is always covered. On down time, scanning/document organization, shredding, copying and other administrative tasks as needed. This position may require travel to our sub-offices with the use of a state vehicle to cover for absences.

Preferred qualifications:
Must have valid driver's license. Travel may be required with the use of a state vehicle. Candidate must have a positive, professional, and courteous attitude, and be able to communicate effectively using phone, electronic media, and face to face.
Additional Comments Must have a valid driver’s license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position.
Travel may be required.
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 5 pounds.
