Duties Description DUTIES DESCRIPTION:
Provide?general?support?to Office Services and?MicroRecords?staff units?as?needed.?Perform various clerical or office?operations?tasks such as?reviewing,?filing,?scanning?and sending?documents and verifying accuracy of data from scanned documents.??
Load,?unload?or?assist?others in unpacking materials and/or unloading supplies, equipment, and/or furniture, requiring?lifting up?to 50 pounds.?
Assist?in?moving,?assembly?and disassembly?of office furniture (e.g.?cubicles,?workstations,?tables, chairs, cabinets, etc.)?
Catalog and route?excess supplies and equipment?to State Surplus per?Office of General Services?guidelines.?
Respond to help desk requests for various supplies and or other needs throughout the agency.?
Distribute general office supplies when?requested.?
Maintain files, correspondence, documents, records, and materials?pursuant to?guidelines?and regulations.?
Contact various internal and external parties to obtain?or clarify?information?as directed.?
?Assist?in gathering or compiling data for reports, tables, or other products.?
Take periodic physical inventory and?maintain?perpetual inventory records.?
?Assist?as needed in the daily assignments of?MicroRecords.?
?Assist?as needed in the daily work of the mailroom.?
?Perform other duties as assigned.?
Minimum Qualifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency?in verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams to carry out tasks to completion
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to?lift up?to 50?lbs?on occasion.?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Webex.
