Duties Description The Apprenticeship Data/Systems Team is requesting a Summer Intern for the 2026 cycle to focus on the Modernization Project, which is still underway. Some of the duties will be related to development work being done in Microsoft Dynamics or testing the new modernized system. See below a list of the preferred skills for the summer intern:
• Advanced data query-- Intern will perform advanced data queries from the Microsoft Dynamics database and legacy Access databases to set up customized reports that can be shared and exported.
• Visualization-- Intern will perform advanced data visualization using query from the Microsoft Dynamics database to complete data requests from management and other stakeholders.
• Statistics- Intern performs statistical analysis and reporting of Apprenticeship data
Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be actively enrolled in a New York State college, university, or graduate program, or be a resident of New York State, attending a college, university or graduate program outside of New York State*
• Have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university (completion of one year's worth of academic credits over a longer period may qualify part-time students for participation in the program), or be a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program
• Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, or the letter grade equivalent
