Eligible for transfer under Section 70.1: Permanent competitive service as a Secretary 1, Accountant Aide including Trainee 1 and 2, Agency Services Representative, Administrative Aide, Agency Program Aide, Business Document Specialist 1 and 2, Calculations Clerk 2, Clerk 2, Data Processing Clerk 2 and 3, Environmental Conservation Program Aide including Trainee, Keyboard Specialist 2 and 3, Legal Assistant Trainee 1 and 2, Library Clerk 2 and 3, Principal Account Clerk, Principal Clerk, Principal Stores Clerk, Principal Mail and Supply Clerk, Secretary 1 and 2, Senior Data Entry Machine Operator, Senior Mail and Supply Clerk, Senior Offset Printing Machine Operator, Training Aide. If you have not already demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding you will have to demonstrate that you meet the minimum proficiency in keyboarding.

Duties Description -Responsible for supporting all Natural Resource staff in the Watertown Regional Office (Minerals, Wildlife, Fisheries, Lands and Forests, Great Lakes, and Real Property
-Coordinate and organize meetings
-Maintain numerous databases
-Maintain performance evaluations and probation reports
-Issue permits for TRP's, disability permits, Fisheries permits & licenses, mining and camping permits.
-Open and distribute mail and filing
