Duties Description Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Review and process vouchers for not-for-profit grantees
-Supervise one or more MVR employees
-Assist grantees with questions regarding contracts, vouchers and budget modifications
-Assist grantees with questions regarding vouchers and budget modifications
-Reviews and processes vouchers on e-Grants and SFS
-Assists with entering contracts and Purchase Orders on SFS
-Oversee the review and processing of vouchers
Minimum Qualifications To be eligible for the Office Assistant 3, G-14 position you must meet one of the following conditions as detailed below:
1. Eligible for appointment from the Office Assistant 3, G-14 eligible list
2. In a G-12 or higher title that meets criteria for 70.1 transfer
Additional Comments Hours of the position will be discussed at the time of interview, including questions regarding Flextime, AWS/Compressed work week and Telecommuting.
