Duties Description Duties include, but are not limited to:
• The Program Aide will assist with the maintenance and enhancements of an asset/inventory management system. The Justice Center utilizes an asset/inventory management system to accurately track agency purchases and equipment assignments on a facility/office and individual level.
• Liaison with agency program staff on a daily basis to assist with specifics related to pending requests for assistance to the unit's shared mailbox and request database. This includes entering and assigning information into the NYS Information Technology Service Management database (ITSM).
• Perform tasks related to the requests from the agency's Human Resources unit pertaining to staff onboardings, transfers, and offboardings.
• Perform tasks related to the requests from the agency's Facilities Management unit pertaining to staff relocations.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications At least three (3) years of experience in the administrative field, which must include at least one (1) year of experience with maintaining and tracking data in various databases.
Substitution: A Bachelor’s degree can be substituted for one (1) year of experience.
