Minimum Qualifications 70.1 Transfer:
One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a clerical, secretarial or keyboarding title, SG-7 or higher and meet transfer eligibility requirements.

A comprehensive list of titles approved for transfer to Office Assistant 2 (Calculations) is available for review in the Division of Human Resources Management.

Duties Description Incumbent will be assigned to the Business Services Center (BSC) Finance Office and will be responsible for processing transactions in one of the following service lines: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Travel, Purchasing, or Credit Card Administration services lines. Duties include processing vendor vouchers, travel expense reports or purchase orders for the agencies the BSC currently serves, in accordance with the applicable statewide and agency requirements; transactions will be audited, problems resolved with vendors, agencies or other parties, entered into Statewide Financial System with clear and concise documentation of each transaction; work will require correspondence with various parties including vendors, customer agencies and other BSC staff; consistently provide quality customer service to all BSC customers (i.e. vendors, customer agencies, state employees).

The ideal candidate will have experience using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook; exceptional customer service skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a part of a team; and strong written and verbal communication skills.
