Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be reachable on the appropriate Civil Service eligible list.
Transfer Qualifications:
Candidates must be eligible to transfer under Section 52.6 or 70.4 of the Civil Service Law. The candidate must have one year of permanent competitive service in a title allocated to G-16 or higher title and be designated administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
70.4 Transfer: Employees with one year permanent competitive service in a position within two salary grades of SG-13 and possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College. Applicants must have passed the PCO exam.
Duties Description Responsibilities and duties for the Senior Administrative Analyst (SG18) position include: attend necessary training to become a certified Empire Belt, guide Lean working teams in gathering relevant data, including the cycle and process times for the current business process in preparation for conducting the Lean value stream mapping, facilitate the development of recommendations based on current state findings during a three day Kaizen event and work closely with the Lean Champion, Lean Deployment Manager and impacted functional areas in the implementation of Lean recommendations.
