Duties Description The incumbent of this position will serve as the administrator of the Statewide Management Learning System (SLMS); yearly mandated training and compliance reporting; independently handle the Department’s performance evaluation programs, payroll transaction preparation and processing, new employee orientations, as well as recruitment activities such as canvassing and coding eligible lists and scheduling interviews. The Department’s Office of Human Resources and Administrative Planning is responsible for a full range of human resources management activities in support of a diverse mix of statewide programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of human resources management functions and will be able to work independently.
