Minimum Qualifications Must possess one year experience in the operation of equipment noted as appropriate for this class and the possession of a valid NYS driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle operated. Must maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's license: CDL class B with air brake endorsement at the time of employment. Ability to lift 50 Lbs., traverse rough terrain. Must be able to work unsupervised for periods of time.
Duties Description Will be responsible to safely operate construction equipment such as: back hoes, skid steers, excavators, and bulldozers, farm tractors with attachments, front end loaders and fork lifts. Will be responsible to transport equipment on trailers. Will be responsible for fueling equipment avoiding spills, in addition will be required to perform routine maintenance such as checking oil and greasing moving parts. Will be responsible to secure equipment if left in remote areas. Must report any major mechanical problems. May be required to work alone. Work hours/work days may vary depending on daily duties, must be available to work weekends and Holidays, 40 hours per week/8 hours per day, work locations will vary and should be available to work anywhere in the Warrensburg working circle.
