Duties Description Incumbent of this position is responsible for having a basic understanding of WCB procedures and policies. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Opening and closing the Customer Service Center; greeting persons arriving at Customer Service Center and providing assistance; assisting with Voter Registration; utilizing knowledge of the WC Law, rules and Zone procedure to assist claimants and attorneys with accessing CIS/computer applications; assisting with coordination of hearing process by providing support for Judges and Conciliators; maintaining physical evidence; answering telephones; operating video conferencing equipment; maintaining equipment service log; ensuring Customer Service areas are accessible and free of hazards and assisting with mail room duties.
