Duties Description Duties of position will include, but not be limited to:
• Assist with typing inspection reports, addendums, and monthly reports;
• Enter data into a shared tracking data base;
• Act as office receptionist;
• Answer incoming phone calls and take messages;
• Copy/duplicate written materials;
• Process purchase orders for supplies;
• Type correspondence for staff;
• Log mail for Metropolitan Regional Office;
• Fax/Copy/Scan materials as needed.
Additional Comments This position includes $3,026 in location pay.
You must be a current New York State employee to apply for this position. A full-time, permanent appointment will be made. If certified by Civil Service, mandatory reemployment list candidates must be considered first for appointment to this title.
