Duties Description The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking an Information Technology Specialist 3 to work within our Business Solutions Application Development section. The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance and support of an existing FileNet application.
DUTIES:
• Maintain, support a customized FileNet Content Management system and associated applications.
• Provide support for FileNet application end-users and troubleshoot performance and data issues.
• Create ad-hoc reports using SQL and MS Excel.
• Create user documentation to support applications and train end users.
• Supervision of ITS-2 staff and/or contracted consultants.
• Delegation of tasks to subordinate staff and the testing/verification of task completion and accuracy.
• Develop and implement test plans for new and existing applications.
Additional Comments PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with FileNet P8 administration and/or development
• Proficient with SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
• Proficient in FileNet workflows and custom workflows.
SKILLS:
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize those tasks appropriately
• Experience supporting end-users in a help desk role or similar user support role.
• Experience gathering business requirements from end users
• Datacap experience customizing Datacap
• Configuration experience using Capture
• IBM Content Navigator Experience
• Experience in eForms
