Minimum Qualifications Permanent status as an Associate Health Care Fiscal Analyst, G-23 and eligible for transfer, OR Reachable for permanent appointment on the current Civil Service eligible list for Associate Health Care Fiscal Analyst, G-23, OR Eligible to transfer via 70.1 of the Civil Service Law (i.e., Associate Accountant, Associate Auditor).

Duties Description The incumbent will oversee and assist in the collection of cost reporting documents, Consolidated Fiscal Reports (CFRs), prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses for internal and external use as required utilizing various agency databases; provide technical assistance (via phone and email) to provider agencies relative to CFR submissions; review CFR filings thru desk audits and following up with providers on CFR data to assure accuracy and compliance; track/monitor revenue and other funding associated with chemical dependence treatment services; oversee and assist with the preparation of and participate in yearly CFR related training sessions for voluntary providers; act as a liaison with the Interagency Council and associated agencies to coordinate, update and disseminate policy information to agency staff and providers regarding the CFR reporting manual; update or develop rates/fees for OASAS-certified providers in accordance with applicable rules, regulations and agency standards; supervise and direct staff as necessary.
