Minimum Qualifications This is a transfer opportunity for current State employees with one year of permanent competitive service as an Agency Program Aide OR eligible for 70.1 transfer.


Duties Description
Assist the Operations Division in the daily business of the Human Services (HS) Call Center by providing program or technical support.

Develop and execute both telephone and knowledge base reports on a regular basis.

Coordinate information flow by acting as liaison among managers, other employees, and the public.
Perform paraprofessional activities in an administrative capacity in support of assigned projects such as scheduling interviews, coordination of meetings and organizing daily activities.

Assist with monitoring work standards and daily call volume to track and maintain service levels and meet productivity level objectives.

Assist with collection and analysis of statistical data, prepare customer and management reports on call volume, types of calls, problems encountered and recommended solutions.
