Minimum Qualifications (1) Must currently be a permanent Nurse 2, SG-16 OR
(2) Must be licensed and registered to practice nursing in New York State and have one year of full time post licensure clinical nursing experience.

Duties Description The duties include but are not limited to:
• Assess, develop and implement treatment and nursing care that will meet individual’s needs.
• Ensure nursing services contributions are included in the individual’s development plan
• Keep accurate records of all care given to individuals
• Ensure and maintain optimal health and safety of individuals
• Enable that professional standards and principles of nursing are maintained
• Adheres to the rules and medication administration policy and procedures.
