Minimum Qualifications REASSIGNMENT QUALIFICATIONS: An employee with one-year permanent competitive service as an Employment Services Manager 3, M-3 is eligible for reassignment to any location where a vacancy exists in the title.
TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS:
52.6 Transfer Qualifications: This position is designated administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law and may be filled by administrative transfer under that section provided all transfer criteria is met. To be eligible for transfer, candidates must have one year of permanent competitive service in a title Grade M-2/27 or above designated administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: The Employment Services Manager 3 will evaluate center programs, plan, organize, delegate, administer and oversee the operation and provision of all services at one or more of the largest career centers and will coordinate DOL specific services at such sites. They will apply and interpret agency policies, procedures, guidelines, and performance standards in conformance with Federal and State Laws, rules, and regulations to assure consistency in operations and optimal services to customers, employers, and the community.
