Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: Selected candidate for the HS2 positon will be responsible to lead the Vending Operations within the Region in all aspects of the program. Supervision will be required, training new staff and individuals on the program and regulations associated with it.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The selected candidate will promote application of multiple waiver services including Supported Employment, Pathway to Employment, Community Pre-Voc, and future waiver services related to Integrated Employment and vocational skill building. The selected candidate will be instrumental in the Transformation Agenda Plan and its implementation. HS2 will make connections for outside employment for the vending operations. This includes mentoring of others for promotion and development of same; this includes training of staff to assist to be familiar with the schedules, businesses we service, interviewing and building self-management strengths. HS2 will be the lead in our Vending Operations. They will supervise all locations and sites that participate in the Vending Operations. They will continue to organize and structure the Vending Operation in accordance with our Transformation Planning. They will maintain the Vending Operations integrity and begin to work in providing individuals more opportunities in this area.
