Minimum Qualifications Six (6) years professional experience in public or private programs, public policy, public health, insurance or related field; OR a Bachelor’s degree and two(2) years of the above experience. A Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience. College study may be substituted for up to four years of the required experience, at the rate of 15 semester credit hours equaling six months of required experience.
HIPAA trained with knowledge of the NYS Health Exchange, Medicaid, CHPlus, commercial and public programs. Experience in the development of front-end encounter reporting requirements.
Duties Description The incumbent will assist in the development of front-end encounter reporting specifications with the NYS Health Exchange. The position will be the primary liaison with the HIX vendor on design specifications and development of logical data models.
