Salary RangeFrom $66914 to $84581 Annually
Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service in a training position allocated to a salary grade 23 or eligible for a 52.6 transfer.
Duties Description Oversee and monitor the training programs developed for staff of local social service districts, residential child care providers, licensed and registered day care providers, foster and adoptive parents. Work with agency program managers to identify and analyze short and long term training goals for staff and program development. Assist with managing the development and delivery of training curricula. • • Supervise and mentor Human Services Training Specialist staff. Oversee the development of standards and training materials for programs and instructors in order to create methods to evaluate and monitor the proposed implementations. Collect, analyze, report data and create reports to help meet compliance requirements related to training and employee development. Oversee the management of training related contracts to ensure processes, protocols and budgets are aligned. Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
