Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or possession of a high school equivalency diploma or an USAFI GED certificate (high school level) OR a satisfactory combination of education and/or experience assisting in engineering or related work, at the rate of six months of experience for one year of high school.

Duties Description Engineering aide to assist engineers with the following tasks: field inspections and investigation of air quality complaints, collection of field samples for laboratory testing, and organize electronic and hard copy compliance documents.

Additional Comments Must have a valid driver’s license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position. Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions. Travel may be required. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.

This is a seasonal, hourly appointment with an anticipated end date of 8/15/2024. Program needs and funding will
determine actual termination date. Actual work schedule, duties and travel requirements may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
