QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or master's degree in public or business administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Duties Description JG-18 Principal Court Analyst
ASSIGNMENT:
This position will be assigned to the Fiscal unit of the Office of Court Administration's Division of Technology and
Court Research. Fiscal operations duties include but are not limited to: the processing of purchase orders; approval of vouchers within the statewide financial system; expenditure reporting and auditing; budget development and allocation management; fiscal projections, revenue billing, collection, and analysis manage the division’s technology contracts; assisting in developing strategies in fiscal workload management; assisting with implementation of initiatives to improve delivery of services and achieve operational efficiencies and ensure operational/financial controls are in place; and contributing extensively to development and analysis and
annual reporting of operating and complex capital budgets to other state agencies. Experience in HR or accounting, budgeting,
and financial analysis is required. Knowledge in procurement policies with experience in technology related purchasing, contracts and RFP preparation is desired. The candidate must also be able to lead special projects
